Use of Software Product

I agree with DeluxeWebApps.com Terms and Condtion. I understand that Shop Management Solution is a commercial products. I will not copy or distribute it without written approval from DeluxeWebApps.com

I will not install this product on more machine then specified in license. I understand that doing so will result in legal prosecution. I agree that DeluxeWebApps.com has right to cancel my license in case of piracy or misuse of software can block my software permantly or stop me from using it.

Terms of payment and delivery

1. Software Delivery Time

The normal delivery time is with in 24 hours from the day the order was placed. But it can prolonged upto 48 hours Maximum (Weekends). For Shop Management Solution Products Only.

2. Confirmation

We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact DeluxeWebApps.com Customer service.

3. Payment options

Bank Transfer, Debit / Credit Card, Skrill and Payoneer. We will send you Payment Request via Email After Order Confirmation. You can pay us with your VISA / MasterCard Debit / Credit Card over there. However, customers from Pakistan can pay using IBFT (Pakistan), Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash

4. Shipping Time

The normal shipping time is with in 15-25 days after confirmation, payment of order. For all hardware components.

5. No Warranty

We don't offer warranty of any product. Except for Bug Fixes (Free Support for 1 Year), $20 per years after that.

5. Change in Terms and Condition

We reciever the right to change terms and conditions without approval of client. From time to time.

6. Working Hours

We work 9:00 A.M to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Any request placed on weekends will be procossesed after weekend.

7. License Termination

DeluxeWebApps.com reserve rights to cancel any Licence Key at any time, if customer uses Serial Number allocated to him on other PC. Customer needs to pay $250 Plenty Fee for license restoration.

8. No Source Code

Shop Management Solution (Bronze, Silver and Gold Edition) are intellectual property right of DeluxeWebApps.com. Hence, no source code of this version will be given to customer.
